ABC offers a second helping of "" season 2 which premieres on January 4. The promo reminds fans why some human beings now take a stance against the Visitors. The last time viewers saw of them was when Father Jack gave a heartfelt sermon about how human are blinded by the false prophets.

The season premiere is titled "Red Rain". TV Guide says the red sky that Anna unleashed at the end of last season's finale will open up and "seriously ruin Erica and Tyler's day" within the first 5 minutes of the episode. "It's so much better," who plays Erica said in August about the new chapter. "We kinda set the groundwork and it's off and running, which I needed it to be. And it's more fun for me."

Fans can look out for the guest starring appearance of Jane Badler from the original "V" series playing Anna's mysterious mother. She was initially signed for 4 episodes only but her run has been extended to 10 episodes. Meanwhile, there's also Jay Karnes as Erica's new FBI partner.

However, Us Magazine recently reports that the "" star shot his part on November 14 morning. A source tells the site, "He was lining up at 6 A.M. with all the other extras," in full costume and makeup.

The is set during the Bosnian war of 1992-1995 and it focuses on "a couple who meet on the eve of the war and the effect the war has on their relationship." The actress-turned-helmer reportedly is forced to cut down production time in Bosnian from the planned 10 days to just 3 days following a dispute with government officials over the film's plot. Zana Marjanovic is cast for the female lead in the drama flick.

As it is getting closer to the release date of "", Walt Disney Pictures keeps teasing fans by releasing more sneak peek videos. The studio has recently debuted a new clip as well as behind-the-scene video from the movie.

The clip shares how Sam reacts when Alan tells him that he has just received a page from the office of Sam's father, Kevin. The 15-minute behind-the-scene video, meanwhile, gives preview to other fresh footage, such as the one which involves . The making of 's Quorra fighting scene is also included in it.

A follow up to 1982 "Tron", "Tron Legacy" follows Sam Flynn as he investigates the disappearance of his father and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. is cast as Sam while reprises his role as Kevin.

Joseph Kosinski serves behind the lens for the action sci-fi, which is going to be released in 3-D on December 17.

"" is renewed by Warner Bros. for another seven years. The second round of purchase has subsequently made sure that the sitcom will re-run on Tribune and Sinclair station groups through September 2021.

"When 'Two and a Half Men' went on the air over three years ago, it was an immediate game-changer that significantly elevated the performance of our stations, and we have never looked back. This is one of those rare shows - like 'Friends' and 'Seinfeld' - that will continue to deliver for decades," said Sean Compton, Tribune's president of programming, in a statement to Broadcasting & Cable.

Tribune is distributing it in 19 of its markets including Los Angeles and New York while Sinclair which has smaller markets will reach it out to Nashville, Tenn., and Pittsburgh among others.

Ken Werner, president of Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, believes that little existence of a strong comedy has made the deal worthwhile for Tribune and Sinclair. He said, "Tribune and Sinclair realized that with fewer hit sitcoms coming down the 'pike, securing a franchise performer like 'Two and a Half Men' is vital to maintaining their market position in the years to come."

Indeed the CBS show notched week-to-week increases in viewers and key demographics. This Monday, the sitcom starring and was first in adults 18-49 demographic, sending CBS to the top ladder that night.

The news was first run by Batman-News (via Collider) which claimed that their source has been proven to be accurate in the past though they insisted the scoop should be just considered as a rumor. The same source reportedly had known that and were in the running for the lead female role before Deadline Hollywood unveiled .

Strange is one of Batman's first recurring villains in the comic books. He is a villain in the mad-scientist mold and possesses genius-level IQ and is a master of psychology. Strange learns Batman's secret identity but keeps it to himself. He eventually becomes obsessed with Batman that he starts dressing up like the Gotham hero.

"The Dark Knight Rises" is scheduled to start production in April 2011 for a July 20, 2012 U.S. release. Christopher Nolan is on board to serve behind the lens while is expected to reprise his role as Bruce Wayne aka Batman.

had some surprising news for actress when they reunited on U.S. TV on Monday, November 16, revealing just how close she had come to starring alongside him and in doomed movie "Eucalyptus". The actors were both guests on "" and the "Gladiator" star admitted they had almost worked together on the big screen back in 2005.

Crowe was asked to congratulate Torv for landing a role in the film but refused to break the news to the young Aussie, insisting it was the director's job to do so. He explained, "The movie was called 'Eucalyptus', which was never made."

"I don't know if you ever knew the real story behind that. We didn't have an audition, we met in a park. The director called me and she said, 'You have to go meet Anna in the Botanic Gardens and you have to tell her she's got the role.' I'm like, 'Why should I do that? That's your gig, you're the director.' She was like, 'I just need you to do that, create a bond of trust between the two of you...' "

"So I went and we were sitting in the park and I had this sort of instinct, 'I'm not gonna say that, it just doesn't feel right that I should say that'. So we had a chat." And Crowe was left breathing a sigh of relief when the moviemaker had a change of heart: "I go back home to get a message from the director saying, 'I've changed my mind, you have to call Anna and tell her she hasn't got the role!' Some sort of control issue. Five weeks later the director quits the part and I get the blame for it!"
