There's a new trailer of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" which will return from its mid-season break on January 7. Provided by Lucasfilm for Entertainment Weekly, the trailer is shorter than the previous ones but it emphasizes on the action and the mythology which shapes the first half of season 3.
In the video, we get to see Jedi Master and Jedi Council member Even Piell in 'on-guard' position and Ashoka, Anakin Skywalker's Togruta Jedi padawan, battling her master. The short trailer, which actually had been given a private screening at Savage Opress trilogy charity last week, is set to John Williams' Wagnerian "Duel of the Fates".
The remaining 8 episodes would be kicked off with the presence of a new villain by the name of Savage Opress. The character's origin had been explained in a previously-released trailer. He, who is none other than the brother of halved Sith Lord Darth Maul, will make up at least a three-part arc.
